  • Chicken broth or water, 1 3/4 cup
  • Sesame oil, 3 tsp
  • 2 eggs
  • carrots, 1/3 cup
  • Frozen peas, 1/3 cup
  • Green onion (sliced), 1/4 cup
  • Fresh bean sprouts, 1/3 cup
  • Soy sauce, 3 tablespoon
  • Ground mustard, 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ginger (minced), 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic (minced), 1 teaspoon 
  • Molasses, 2 teaspoon 

Step By Step Instructions To Make Pf Chang’s Fried Rice 

Step 1

Boil chicken broth (or water) in a saucepan. Pour in the rice and simmer for 15 minutes until any liquid is absorbed by the rice.

Step 2

In the meantime, combine soy sauce, mustard, garlic, ginger, and molasses and set aside.
