  • 1 poblano Chile (diced) 
  • 2 onions (diced) 
  • Frozen hash brown potatoes (diced), 4 pounds

  • Sharp Cheddar (grated), 2 cups
  • Monterey Jack (grated), 2 cups 
  • bacon (fried and chopped), 8 slices
