- 6 salmon fillets (5 ounces each)
- 1-1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3/4 cup butter (melted)
- 1/3 cup soy sauce (low sodium)
- 1/3 cup fresh basil (minced) or 5 teaspoons basil (dried)
- 6 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/3 cup Worcestershire Sauce (Annie’s Naturals)
- 3 teaspoons dried thyme
- 3 teaspoons curry powder
- 1/3 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
For The Tartar Sauce
- 1-1/2 tablespoon green onion (finely chopped)
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 teaspoon Badia Dill Weed
- 1-1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/3 teaspoon paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/3 teaspoon pepper
Step By Step Instructions To Make Texas Roadhouse Grilled Salmon
Step 1
Combine the lemon Worcestershire Sauce, juice, butter, soy sauce, basil, garlic cloves, dried thyme, curry powder, pepper & salt in a small dish.
Step 2
Pour the mixture into a large resealable plastic bag; stir in salmon. Then seal the bag, and turn to coat. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and turn periodically.
Step 3
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients for tartar sauce and chill until serving time.

Remove the marinade and drain. Moisten the paper towel with cooking oil and cover lightly with a grill rack with the help of long-handled tongs. Place the salmon skin-side-down on top of the grill rack.
