- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 (16-1/2 ounces) can cream-style corn
- 3 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
- Additional cornmeal

Combine rice, cornmeal, onions, peppers, baking soda, and salt to a large bowl.
