Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces shrimp
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 pint cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoons cayenne
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 pound linguine
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Step By Step Instructions To Make Queensland Chicken And Shrimp Pasta

Step 1

blend spices well with a mortar. Add half the spice mixture to the pan with the cream, butter and milk. Cook until thickened and set aside.

Step 2

Cook the linguine until it is al dente. Sauté the chicken breasts with the wine and remaining spices until well done. Remove and set aside. 

Step 3

In a pan, sauté shrimp, adding wine if necessary. Serve each breast with shrimp over linguine. Drizzle with sauce. Enjoy!
