- 5 pounds seedless grapes (half red and half green)
- 3 (8-oz) packages of cream cheese (room temperature)
- 2½ cups sour cream
- 1¼ cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla
- ½ cup pecans (finely chopped)
- ½ cup brown sugar

Remove the stems from the grapes and wash them. Let them dry completely.
Step 2
Use a handheld mixer to beat cream cheese until it is completely smooth in a large bowl.
Step 3
Pour in the sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Pour cream cheese mixture over the grapes and gently mix until all the grapes are covered. Place in the fridge until ready to serve.
Step 5
Sprinkle brown sugar and pecans on top of the grape salad just before serving. Enjoy!
